The Power of Madame Pele

l PERSPECTIVE l
​    Often we can easily forget how precious our life can be. Given the opportunity we were able to see the magnitude of the recent volcano eruptions on the Big Island of Hawaii. Although we weren’t close, just seeing its power and beauty from afar quickly reminded me of our place in this world. Of course we are not living in its immediate impact but knowing its capabilities was quite a humbling experience. It’s heartbreaking to hear that homes are lost and families are left trying to desperately figure it out. It gives us such a real perspective on our lives and how grateful we are to be able to live it.
